Return Policy

At Snowflake Christmas Store, we want to ensure your holiday season is filled with joy and satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your Christmas product purchase, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

Returns Eligibility:

  1. You may return any unused, unopened, and undamaged Christmas product within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Personalized and custom-made Christmas products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  2. Perishable items, such as fresh wreaths or food items, are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [contact email/phone number] within 30 days of your purchase. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.

  3. Please securely package the item and include the RAN on the package. Ship the return to the address provided in the instructions.

  4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective Christmas product, please contact us immediately at [contact email/phone number]. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and provide you with a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Holiday Season Exception: During the holiday season (from November 15th to December 31st), we extend our return window. Orders placed during this period can be returned until January 15th of the following year.
